The Bank’s decision will be final and binding on the candidates in all matters pertaining to eligibility, the selection process, the stages at which the eligibility is to be scrutinized, the documents required for the selection process, assessment, prescribing minimum qualifying standards in the selection process, the number of vacancies, the communication of results, etc. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- At the time of interview, candidates working for government or quasi-government offices, public sector undertakings, including nationalized banks and financial institutions, must present a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer; otherwise, their application may not be taken into consideration.
- Prior to being hired by the Bank, the candidate must provide a valid relieving letter from their previous or current employer(s), stating the date of relief and stating that there are no outstanding debts against them.
- Only in Mumbai may legal action be taken regarding any claim or dispute resulting from this advertisement and/or an application made in response to it. Courts, tribunals, and forums located in Mumbai alone will have the sole and exclusive authority to hear any claim or dispute.
