RailTel Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria
As of the deadline for online applications, candidates must meet the standards for age, education, and experience. Only regular full-time courses offered by accredited universities will be taken into account.
1. Assistant Manager :- Technical ( E-0 )
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc. (Electronics) or its equivalent; Diploma in Electronics or any other combination of Engineering branches where Electronics is one of the branches (e.g., Electronics & Instrumentation).
- Age Restrictions: 21 years old minimum, 28 years old maximum.
- Experience: Five years of experience in the fields listed in Annexure-I, in a Central Government organization, State Government organization, PSU, or a private company with a yearly revenue of at least ₹300 crore is required.
2. Deputy Manager:- Technical / (Network/IP) ( E-1 )
- The educational requirements are as follows: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom, Telecom, Computer Science, Computer & Communication, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, or any other combination of Engineering branches where Electronics is one of the branches (e.g., Electronics & Instrumentation); M.Sc. (Electronics); MCA; or an equivalent.
- Valid Certification Required: CCNA, JNCIA, NRS I, or a higher Cisco, Juniper, or Nokia certification.
- The minimum and maximum ages are 21 and 30, respectively.
- Experience: Two years of experience in the fields listed in Annexure-I, in a Central Government organization, State Government organization, PSU, or a private company with a yearly revenue of at least ₹300 crore is required.
3. Deputy Manager :- Technical / ( Signalling )( E-1 )
- The educational prerequisite is a B.E., B.Tech., or B.Sc. (Engg) in Electronics & Telecom, Computer Science, Computer & Communication, Information Technology, Electronics, or any combination of engineering branches in which Electronics is one of the branches (e.g., Electronics & Instrumentation). OR Diploma/PG Diploma in Rail Signaling from an AICTE-accredited school of higher learning.
- Minimum Age: 21 years, Maximum Age: 30 years.
- Experience :
- Two years of experience in the fields listed in Annexure-I is required of engineering graduates.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the fields listed in Annexure-I is required for diplomas or postgraduate diplomas in rail signaling.
- Experience must be in a private firm with a revenue of at least ₹300 crore or in a Central Government, State Government, or PSU.
- In railway signaling design, testing, project implementation, and maintenance, preference shall be given to those who hold an IRSE license from IRSE UK or a comparable NABCB-recognized license.
4. Assistant Manager :- Marketing ( E-0 )
- A two-year full-time MBA or PG Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on marketing, telecommunications, or information technology, or an equivalent, is required for admission.
- Age Restrictions: 21 years old minimum, 28 years old maximum.
- No experience.
5. Assistant Manager :- Finance ( E-0 )
- A two-year full-time MBA or PG Diploma in Business Administration with a Finance concentration, or an equivalent, is required for admission.
- Age Restrictions: 21 years old minimum, 28 years old maximum.
