Eligibility Criteria MPEZ Recruitment 2025
In order to apply for the MPEZ Graduate and Diploma Apprentice positions, candidates must meet certain qualifying requirements pertaining to residency, age limit, and educational background.
Education :
- Candidates must have graduated from a government-approved college with a B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Civil, IT/CSE, B.Com, or Diploma in Electrical/Civil.
- The qualifying degree or diploma must be earned in a year that falls between 2021 and 2025 (inclusive). A declaration form to this effect must be submitted by candidates.
- Candidates must have their National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal registration confirmed. Their registration will be denied and their selection will be canceled if the date of passing occurs more than five years from the date of NATS portal approval.
Maximum Age (as of April 1, 2025)
- For all categories, the minimum age is 18.
- The general category maximum age is thirty years old.
- Age Relaxation: Candidates who are SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) or who have a disability (PwD) are eligible for a five-year age relaxation.
Domicile
- Only candidates who are original inhabitants (domicile) of Madhya Pradesh are eligible for this apprenticeship opportunity. It is necessary to produce a certificate of domicile.
Additional prerequisites
- Applicants cannot reapply for the same trade if they have already finished apprenticeship training in that skill from MPEZ or another organization.

Apprentice 2025 Selection Process
- Application Scrutiny: Upon receipt, applications will be examined to make sure they satisfy the stated qualifying requirements.
- Merit-Based Selection: From applications received prior to the deadline, a merit list will be created based on the proportion of total marks earned in the B.E/B.Tech (Electrical/Civil/IT/CSE), B.Com, and Diploma (Electrical/Civil) exams.
- Tie-Breaker: The older candidate will be given preference when two candidates have identical scores.
- Waiting List: If necessary, candidates may be chosen from the waiting list, which will be kept up to date.
- NATS Portal Registration: The apprentice’s registration on the NATS portal must be approved. The selection will be canceled if the candidate’s passing date is more than five years prior to the time of approval.
- Medical Fitness: A District Medical Officer’s determination of the candidate’s medical suitability is a prerequisite for final selection. To be eligible for reservation benefits, PwD candidates must present a disability certificate from the District Medical Board or a qualified authority attesting to a disability of 40% or more. PwD applicants will be reserved in accordance with state government regulations, with the exception of dangerous trades.
- Document Verification: Every document that is supplied will be checked. The candidacy will be canceled and legal action may be taken if any information is later discovered to be inaccurate, hidden, or false.
