Eligibility for Air Force Agniveer Vayu Recruitment 2025
Science and non-science topics have differing educational needs.
Science Subject :
- Candidates must have earned at least 50% of the possible points in the aggregate and 50% of the possible points in English from an Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent test in mathematics, physics, and English from an accredited educational board. OR
- Completed a three-year mechanical, electrical, electronic, automobile, computer science, instrumentation technology, and information technology diploma program from a government-approved polytechnic institution with 50% overall and 50% in English (or matriculation if English is not a subject in the diploma program). OR
- earned 50% of the possible points in the Vocational Course (or Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject) and 50% of the possible points in the Vocational Course after completing a two-year Vocational Course including non-vocational disciplines, such as math and physics, from an accredited education board.
Subjects Other Than Science:
- Passed an Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent exam with at least 50% overall and 50% in English in any stream or topic from an accredited educational board. OR
- Achieved a minimum of 50% overall and 50% in English during a two-year Vocational Course from an accredited education board (or Intermediate/Matriculation if English is not a subject).
Maximum Age
- Candidates must have been born on or before July 2, 2005, and January 2, 2009, inclusive.
- If candidates pass every step of the selection process, their maximum age on the enrollment date must be 21.
