- Manager-Forex Acquisition & Relationship: at least two years of work experience in public, private, or foreign banks, including one year in forex sales or relationship management, is required, along with a degree in any field.
- Senior Manager – Forex Acquisition & Relationship: Four years of work experience in public, private, or foreign banks, including three years in forex sales and relationship management, is required, along with a degree in any field.
- Manager-Credit Analyst: Postgraduate degree or diploma with at least three years of credit-related job experience in any Indian public, private, or foreign bank or nonbank financial institution.
- Senior Manager – Credit Analyst: At least six years of credit-related job experience and a postgraduate degree or diploma with a focus on finance OR CA, CMA, CS, or CFA.
- Senior Manager-C&IC Relationship: Postgraduate Degree/Diploma with a Finance OR CA/CMA/CS/CFA concentration and at least 6 years of professional experience, including 2 years in Relationship Management/Corporate Credit Sales.
- Chief Manager-C&IC Relationship: Postgraduate degree or diploma with a finance concentration OR CA/CMA/CS/CFA, and at least 8 years of professional experience, including 4 years in relationship management or corporate credit sales.
- Senior Manager of Project Finance for Infrastructure and ESG: Full-time MBA/PGDM or Chartered Accountant (CA). at least three years of project finance experience out of a minimum of five years in the BFSI sector.
- Senior Manager of MSME Credit Risk Management: Full-time MBA/PGDM or Chartered Accountant (CA). Five years or more of experience in the BFSI sector, with at least three of those years spent managing MSME credit and risk.
- Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Senior Manager: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, analytics, data science, or CA/CS. At least five years of expertise in the operational risk domain within the BFSI sector.
- Senior Manager-Incidence of Fraud and Root Cause Analysis: has a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance, data science, analytics, or CA/CS. three years of experience in audit, compliance, or risk, and at least five years of experience in the BFSI sector.
- Digital Fraud Manager: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in MCA, IT, data science, or computer science. three years or more of experience working in the banking industry in the IT or digital domain.
- Security Manager: Any degree graduate. At least five years of commissioned duty as an Army, Navy, or Air Force officer; five years of service as a police officer with a rank higher than DSP; or five years of service as an assistant commandant in the paramilitary forces.
- MSME Credit for Senior Manager: Any graduate degree, with a PG in Management desirable. Six years of credit experience is required, five of which must be CA/CMA.
- Chief Manager-MSME Credit: Any graduate degree is acceptable, but a management postgraduate degree is desirable. 9 years or more of credit experience is required (8 years for CA, CMA, or CFA).
