General Details and Guidelines
1 The position is not permanent; rather, it is based only on a fixed-term contract basis, whichever applies. No candidate will be eligible to apply for regular or permanent employment with the organization as a result of this engagement. When their term is up, the incumbent will be automatically relieved.
2 The initial term would be one year, but depending on the incumbent’s performance, it could be extended for an additional three years. One month’s notice and contractual fee, or fifteen days’ notice and contractual fee in place of the notice period, may be given by either party to end a fixed-term contract.
The contractual engagement will be continuously renewed for a maximum of four years, after which it will automatically cease.
