General Details and Guidelines
- Instead of being permanent, the position is based solely on a fixed-term contract, whichever that may be. This engagement will not grant any candidate the ability to apply for regular or permanent employment with the organization. The incumbent will be relieved automatically when their term is up.
- The first term would be one year, but it might be extended for three more years based on the incumbent’s performance. To terminate a fixed-term contract, any party may offer one month’s notice and contractual fee, or fifteen days’ notice and contractual fee in lieu of the notice period.
- For a maximum of four years, the contractual engagement will be constantly renewed; after that, it will automatically end.
