Eligibility Criteria HPCL Vacancy 2025
Candidates must have met the eligibility requirements for each vacancy as stated in the notification in order to apply for these positions.
Engineering graduates in the following streams are eligible to apply: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Computer Science, and IT. They must have graduated after April 1, 2022.

Selection Process
- Applicants who meet all of the aforementioned requirements will be invited for interviews in the order determined by HPCL’s cutoff scores for the category and stream merit lists. The number of candidates who are contacted for interviews, which are tentatively scheduled for the month of June 2025, may be limited by management.
- The engineering degree academic results and interview scores will be used to create the All India Merit List.
- The final offer for apprenticeship training would be contingent upon the completion of a medical fitness assessment in accordance with HPCL standards and the production of all relevant documentation, including proof of age, caste, qualifications, PwBD medical certificate, and medical fitness, as applicable.
HPCL Bharti 2025 Salary
Those who are ultimately selected for these positions will receive Rs. 25,000 for engineering graduates (Rs. 20,500 from HPCL and Rs. 4,500 from the government directly to apprentices under the DBT plan).
