Indian Overseas Bank Bharti 2025 Selection Process
The Language Proficiency Test (LPT), an online exam, and a personal interview will be used to make the selection. Candidates who pass the online exam will be invited to take the Language Proficiency Test (LPT), and those who pass both the online exam and the LPT will be invited to a personal interview.
A candidate is not entitled to be invited for an online exam, language proficiency test (LPT), or personal interview just because they meet the eligibility requirements.
Test of Language Proficiency:
The applicant must be proficient in the state’s local language in all three domains (reading, writing, and speaking). In order to be considered for further selection, candidates who have been shortlisted for the Personal Interview must pass the Language Proficiency test. If they do not, they will not be permitted to attend the Personal Interview.
Individual Interview:
Candidates should have qualified for the LPT, and a merit list based on their scores in the online exam will be created in descending order for each category. Candidates will be invited for a personal interview if they receive the minimum qualifying scores in the online test and, if appropriate, the LPT. The Bank will determine the minimum qualifying scores.
Last choice:
Online exams and in-person interviews will have an 80:20 weighting ratio, respectively. Candidates’ combined final score will be determined by combining their scores from the online exam and the in-person interview. The top-ranked applicants from the merit list, which is compiled by state and category, will be chosen.
