Responsibilities

1. Provide instruction in pre-production, LFX, editing, camera operation, video editing, sound, and graphic design.
2. Oversee academic staff in related disciplines

1. At least 60% on the BFA and MFA (Applied Arts) exams
2. At least eight years of experience as a college instructor
3. Three years or more of experience instructing at a government college
4. Research articles that have been published

About Kalyani University

In accordance with the long-term perspective plan of the Calcutta Urban Agglomeration, Kalyani was established as a satellite township under the leadership of our former Chief Minister, Dr. Bidhan Chandra Roy. The master plan developed for this township’s development included infrastructure for education and health. In 1960, the University of Kalyani was established to fulfill a portion of this need. The university was initially founded as a unified institution with the faculties of Arts, Science, Education, and Agriculture. It currently has sixty-two affiliated institutes dispersed around the districts of Murshidabad and Nadia.

Since its inception, the institution has attracted students from all around the region and beyond, as seen by its extensive alumni list, which includes renowned scientists, scholars, artists, athletes, and representatives of many people. The faculty of agriculture became the Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, an independent Agricultural University in Mohanpur, Nadia, after the university was divided up in 1975, early in its history. The original teaching departments of the University of Kalyani were preserved after its division: the departments of Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Zoology in the Faculty of Science, and the departments of Education, Economics, Physical Education, and Sociology in the Faculty of Arts and Commerce.
